Working Toward  Nutritional  Independence

Your Life, Reimagined

  • Feeling tired, rundown, and coffee is your only lifeline?

  • Brain fog or headaches crippling your performance?

  • Struggling with belly bloat, abdominal pain, or reflux on a regular basis?

  • Does that stubborn weight never seem to come off?

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then my signature program is made for you!

At Working in Wellness, I specialize in helping individuals overcome gut issues, stubborn weight gain, fatigue and brain fog. I believe the key to improving all of these issues lies in one thing - your gut microbiome. By targeting and nurturing a healthy microbiome, we can unlock a whole new level of health and wellness! My goal is to help you feel your best and live your life to the fullest. Let’s start working together today!

About Me

Hi!  My name is Brandi and I'm a certified family nurse practitioner. I've been working in traditional primary care for years, but I have since switched into coaching to allow for a greater emphasis on preventative wellness and more time to work one-on-one with clients.  I don't want to just "prescribe another pill" and put a band-aid over a symptom.  Coaching has allowed me to take the time I need to really listen to my clients and dig deep to get to the root issues. I want to help you feel better in your own body and identify those root problems that are causing you distress, illness, and frustration. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, because I've been there and know what it feels like to feel "stuck".
